I’ve nothing to say about current events. Just looking at the news makes me break out in hives… well, maybe they’re figurative hives, but still. I’m crawling into my mental cave for awhile and only taking the dogs, Mike and a copy of Winnie the Pooh.
Speaking of said animals, these two -the dynamic duo- were so freaking cute this morning I put together a gif of them.

That’s a Corgi for you… putting on a show and making me smile!

PERFECT cure for what ails us all!
You has a cute. Two cutes, in fact.
Three cutes! And Mike, of course.
But you only showed TWO of ‘em.
The other two weren’t available for comment.
Obviously, they are missing out on the publicity.
Finished my monthly shopping yesterday. Soda for Linda Lou, a forty pound bag of Kibbles, Chunks and Chews, a big bag o’ I Yam What I Yam treats and a big bag o’ Yam Goods, both also found, under a different name, at Petco.
A three pound canister of Folgers, two pounds of real butter, a big jar o’ peaner butter, bread, pork chops chicken, etc.
The twins are coming out today with their respective spouses (spice?) and five o’ the grandkids and we’re having the big pot roasts I’ve fixed overnight, one in the crock pot and one in the big ol’ pot in the oven.
Sometimes life is good. And sometimes I, too must turn off the news and just click on http://www.nakedchubbygirls.org. Or maybe play with the dogs.
‘Spice’. I’ll have to use that!
My dogs are on the BARF [bones and raw food] diet, so when I go to the grocery store, half the meat in the cart is for them. Chicken pieces, pork and beef neck bones, ground whatever. If I knew where to get ‘em, I’d buy them each a freshly killed rabbit as a treat.
Sometimes life is very good. I’m drooling over that pot roast!!
You can find all kinds of freshly killed rabbits round here, just look on the road side as you drive!!!
Puppies really help me through being unemployed, everyone needs a puppy to help them.
Puppies help us through everything. Always there, through good times and bad.

add some sweet taters to that cart of dog food

here, a little more decoration is called for
I love sweet potatoes, but don’t buy them nearly enough because the little store I usually go to doesn’t really have good ones.
