Where do rumors like this start?

You have to feel a bit sorry for folks who are so desperate to pay their electric bill -which has been made higher courtesy of obama- that they believe a scam that includes obama paying it FOR them. How ironic!

The summer heat wave is blasting people across the country, but don’t let your fried brain trick you into believing a new scam spreading across the country. For example, Dayton Power & Light in Ohio says customers have been calling in to report a trickster who’s telling people President Obama will pay their utility bills as part of a bailout plan.

The scammers are asking people to register for the program, and provide personal and financial information in the process. The whole thing is a sham, says DP&L, according to the Dayton Daily News. Other reports of such scams have been popping up elsewhere, including New Jersey, California, Wisconsin, Florida and many other states.

Hmmm… Wonder why they’d believe something so patently false…

I want someone to find this woman now and ask her how she’s getting gas in her car now? And who is paying that mortgage for her?

I’ve been wondering the same… and you know they say he has the same high numbers among the easily swayed… but how CAN he, when those absurd expectations never came to fruition?

I bet she is one of those cars I see with the 2008 Obama sticker – I think she lived within a couple miles of me at the time – Must I say more as to why I want out of here

OK, I thought she was on this side, that is where my ex & her family lived so it still holds true

One story about this I read the women said “they didn’t ask for any personal information so I thought it was legit”

They asked for her SSN and Bank Account number, which she readily gave – what the hell does she think personal information means.
