All three dogs, though Daisy is difficult to spot in the caladiums.

The tomatoes are gone, so I’m using the cage to help prop up the pineapple. Yes, it looks pathetic. But how amazing is the size of that green stuff on top? The fruit I see at the grocery store have only a fraction of top compared to ours.

We escaped the damaging winds and most of the water from Debby, but have had some wild breezes all the same.

And… just something I was working on yesterday.

Being new to this, I’ve got beads with holes that are either too small or too large… so yesterday Mike showed me how to use the dremel and enlarge the holes. It works, but only if the material isn’t too soft or splintery… or the bead too small.

That beginning loop is way too large. Ah, well…

Keep at it – the first attempts are always the hardest, but the skill learned with each makes the next easier and then the idea juices start to flow
Where in the world is Daisy Maisy Dixie Cup?

This crafty stuff is so not like me, but I’m really enjoying it! And yes, thinking of 20 different ways to do something… wow, I guess I finally have a hobby!

DMDG, like Waldo, is hidden. You can see a bit of white above the caladiums, though…

I spotted her as soon as I figgered out what a Caladium was. My youth as a hunter trained me to see little parts of a critter

Anyway I’m back online, the Verizon bill paid, only took half my monthly check. Lots of beans and rice this month Peanut butter on crackers. Could be worse, though. Back in ’65 we had a helmet that we made coffee in and another that we washed our feet in. One morning we mixed them up. At the end of July we get to switch to a cheaper plan with “only” 700 minutes a month between us.The most we’ve ever used is about 300. Lina Lou keeps deciding on Cadillac plans with our Yugo income.

Anyhow I haven’t said anything but did add you and your liver function to my prayer list. And told my neighbor lady and so now you’re getting some Mormon prayers, too. If I can find a Priest, a Rabbi and an Inman you’ll pretty much have all the bets covered.

      Thanks so much, Peter!

I eat a lot of peanut butter already, so I’m ready for the yugo life. Just don’t tell Mike, k?
