We voted! Felt damn good. I don’t understand people who won’t vote; it’s like they’re spitting on the graves of the brave men and women who died fighting for a free America.
Our neighborhood is basically a den of Democrats, so aside from the poll workers we were alone in the building. On the walk over we’d joked that they’d see us coming and close the doors… but everyone was very pleasant and seemed glad that someone showed. One guy said ‘You’re voting, that’s the important part’ and I concur.
My gardening buddy Joe was there, as usual. He knows we’re not Democrats, but loves us anyway. As it should be.

I was #104 in our precinct. Someone mentioned that the I Voted sticker really meant I’m a Republican.

mentioned Newt was getting rid of SOX first day in office and this Cuban said, he is a crook, I said no he is not and his response was that is why he was forced to leave office – another person and I said not true, he quit in disgust – he said no he is a crook – I said the 17 million ad worked – he had no comment – this is why I hate it down here, not many people with a brain – I have spent 3 days trying to reload software on a Call Accounting PC because this stupid Cuban threw the old PC out instead of just removing the Virus it had – the software is registered to the PC and cannot be registered to another without additional fees just like Adobe Acrobat -
