Fowl Play

Garden

Found this early today, most probably the work of the neighborhood raccoon family. I think they’re the only ones with enough strength to pull the bowl off its stem.

Just wish it hadn’t broken.

Just wish I could un-know the fact that Romney won New Hampshire, but that ain’t happening either.

Romney seems to be the front runner so far. Supposedly South Carolina will be a very deciding indicator.

Stupid raccoons. That birdbath looks like its made from concrete but the gnawed on part makes me think it must be some other material.

Not gnawed on, just broken. I won’t swear that it’s pure concrete, but it’s stone-like material and heavy.

I’m hoping that South Carolina votes conservative… keep your fingers crossed!

I think the Democrats can only vote once and must show ID there so someone else might have a chance – having them pick our candidate really sucks

Stupid rakkody coons! You need some bait, a nice .22 rifle loaded with CCI MiniMag hollerpoints and a good flashlight! One shot with a .22 is just enough to make the neighbors say “Huh, whatwas’at? When nothing more is heard they all go back to sleep. Heck, if they’re awake they won’t hear it over the noise from the teevee.

When you scrag a few of ‘em, make me a coonskin cap!

It’s too damned bad conservative voters don’t seem to count anymore. Oh well, maybe our grandkids can clean up the mess after the country finishes her collapse.

If we lived in the burbs, I’d do it; those bastards carry rabies. Too citified here, though. Too close in. Too many people. Sometimes I get positively claustrophobic.

Found the neighbor’s dog checking out our garbage. Oops. Such is life some days.

    • Pam Says:

There’s a very small male dog who runs this neighborhood impregnating everything in sight; I’d rather he was into the garbage…

aw that broken part just helps with the aged patina look. plop it back on top, fill it with water, and take birdy pictures :D

I hope there isn’t one squashed under that thing, it looks heavy!
