Health

After reading this post at VW’s [get better soon!] about weight loss and health and exercise… I decided to post my weight. Not because of anything she said, but because not too long ago I couldn’t even stand to know what it was.
I’m 53 and I weigh 158 lbs and stand 5’7″ tall. And that’s just fine.

Do I want to lose some weight? That would be nice! But like VW, more than anything I just want to be healthy. And that feels pretty great.

Just sayin’.

    Well, I’m 160 and 5’1″. Yes, I’m heavy… do I consider myself obese? No. Do I want to be healthier. Yaa. It’s that frick’n exercise that does me in… :D

    I’m 38, 5′-6″ and 155 lbs. Personally I want to lose 15-20 more and slowly it’s coming off – like a half lb a week. I won’t give up pizza or dark chocolate and I don’t like to exercise more than a few times a week.
