Greenery

The confederate jasmine have started blooming and you know what that means – I spend half my days trying to take the perfect macro of those diaphanous white petals. Never succeeding, of course.

Love confederate Jasmine. I planted some all along my fence a few years back and it took off! Unfortunately it became a hideout for snakes and I had to cut it all down once my one year-old began getting curious!

I love how thick it becomes but I had to cut mine back last fall after 9 years… it’s sparse, but at least it’s blooming. ;)

It’s a bit of tradition here; I pit myself against nature and the camera. Little like the Croc hunter, but without man-eaters. ;)
