And I absolutely loved the Dispatcher. What a patient and kind man. He was so good when he spoke to her… always calm, with a slight of cheer, comforting. I hope he got the recognition he deserved. He was great.

The dispatcher was wonderful; he kept Savannah so calm – she stayed very together!
Love the way she was so concerned with changing her clothes!

“I’m a little shaky, too.” What a little trouper. There are 47 year olds less grown up than her, including the one in the White House.
