Cold or not, Daze just wasn’t feeling the coat this morning. Doesn’t she look miserable?

I turned my back for one moment and she managed to get her front legs through that small neck opening, so I just took it off.
Comfortable once again, she immediately stretched out so the sun could warm her belly…
She’s a basic girl, is our Daisy.

South Florida dogs don’t need clothes. At least that is what Down to Earth Daisy, the nature girl, thinks.

Pretty much. It’s been danged cold, though. She shivers, I put the coat on. She looks miserable, I take it off. It’s a cycle wherein nobody gets what they want…

Maybe she wanted a different color…you know how women are…
11. February 2010 at 3:09 pm
I could turn it inside out..
11. February 2010 at 2:47 pm
No, she wanted shoes – women want shoes…
11. February 2010 at 3:09 pm
Well, we can rectify that….

She will be real upset in about 4hrs if my plane ever shows up here in Houston – currently 1 hour late

Spoke to soon – just pulled in
11. February 2010 at 8:04 pm
LOL! She’s going to have to relinquish your side of the bed again!

Just get a staple gun and she’ll learn to like it.
I kid, I kid.
(But it’s like that old joke…you know how you teach a monkey to ride a bike? Nail his feet to the pedals.
I know, it’s wrong (especially from an animal lover) but I had to go with the dark humor that was running in my head).
BTW, today Boo Hahn is 7 years old!

HAPPY BIRTHDAY TO THE BOO HAHN!

I say swaddle her like an infant. Burritotize her!
12. February 2010 at 8:14 pm
LOVE to swaddle! I burrito her every morning when she sits on my lap…

Well, SavannahGA got snow…
what’s it like there in S.Fl today?
2″+ in ATL today and the roads have iced overnight…
Going to see if I can get my kids going down our hill on cardboard boxes….

I was in Atlanta one winter when it snowed… weird – but pretty!
It’s colder than a witch’s tit down here in Margaritaville… oh, and they’re talking about snow again in Houston! Can’t beat that with a stick!

I konw, I’ve got ‘extended family’ in Houston….
And as for the Witch… someone’s falling down on their duties
